Riad Azzouna 13 - Marrakesh

Had a wonderful stay, especially loved the serene atmosphere by the bubbling fountain and the delicious breakfast served each morning. The rooftop terrace was a hidden gem for afternoon tea! I'll definitely return for the calm ambiance.

Simply nothing too much trouble, really good stay. Nicely decorated place, competent and responsive staff. Nice location in Marrakesh really close to the old medina, traditional part of tve city, the chaotic center of Marrakech medina and Jemaa El Fna. A lot of savoury food.

The location was marvellous and incredible, near Morocco as well as the medina -- an oasis of calm in the midst of the chaos of Marrakech, stayed here during my trip. It also was on the ocean...

Strongly recommend for a brief weekend stay

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with a clean and sophisticated decor that provided an authentic feel, while being conveniently located only a 10-minute walk from the souks.

Everything was as expected.

Fantastic clean rooms with wonderful views, and central heating, a private safe and a sitting area. Exceptionally comfortable beds and particularly good bathroom. Favourable and fantastic location, a super close walk to Medina of Marrakesh.

The kids enjoyed exploring the local souks and playing by the fountain. The riad is beautifully decorated, and the rooftop terrace is the perfect spot for a scenic family evening.

In my wife's opinion, a kids' play area would be great.

It was just a great match for a little getaway in Marrakesh with value for money. Breakfast on the roof was amazing with fresh products. To make things easier, consider checking directions before heading out since it's a bit hidden.

Great atmosphere and stylish room, but air conditioning was lacking at times.

We explored the Tanneries and played tennis at Royal Tennis Harti. The roof terrace was perfect. The staff were super great. Can't recommend this place enough if you're after good vibes and excellent food.

The only downside was finding the riad initially. We got a bit lost in the busy market area, so I recommend arranging an airport transfer to ease the journey.

The room was spacious with a lovely skylight and even more good was the rooftop terrace. The staff were accommodating and cute. Perfect for a tranquil getaway 🌿

charming escape close to vibrant attractions and parks

I loved the peaceful ambiance amid the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh, and the fine patio area was perfect, both just a short walk away.

Charming Stay Amidst the Medina Chaos

We enjoyed a peaceful escape at this beautiful riad, characterized by its enchanting decor. Sadik's warm hospitality. The rooftop terrace was perfect for unwinding with tea after exploring the bustling streets of the Medina.

Had a great time unwinding in the courtyard while sipping traditional mint tea and soaking up the lovely decor. The rooftop was perfect for some peace and quiet, and the Turkish bath was a nice touch for relaxation. Only downside was the room was a bit dim for reading, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all! 🌿

Unique stay in the heart of the Medina

This place has such beautiful architecture and really gives you that authentic vibe. The manager was super helpful and made sure we felt welcome. Just a heads-up, it can be tricky to find your way around, especially when you're hauling bags through the cobblestones. Loved the in-room breakfast experience, though!

After having stayed in other places in marrakesh, this riad was great with its serene ambiance and beautiful decor. I loved the cute vibe and enjoyed relaxing by the central fountain while sipping my morning tea.
